A new paper in the American Journal of Gastroenterology on a 145-patient study led by Dustin A. Carlson MD, MS of the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, Chicago, concludes that Flip® Topography may enhance diagnostic evaluation of non-obstructive dysphagia and identify abnormalities not appreciated on manometry. A specific advantage of Flip® Topography is that it can be performed as part of the initial endoscopic assessment of the patient with dysphagia.

While Flip® Topography will available in May 217, you can read the full paper by Carlson et al here.
